Payment Schedule
Payment 1: September 1, 2025 (Classes Begin Tuesday, September 3, 2024) **Team Dancers 1st ½ fees due
Payment 2: October 1, 2024 (Indigenous People Day/Columbus Day Observed – Monday, October 13, 2025, Halloween Observed – Friday, October 31st, 2025) **Team Dancers 2nd Half fees Due
Payment 3: November 1, 2025 *Costume fees due for all students participating in the performance.
*Polar Express Fundraiser Begins Friday, November 7th, through Sunday, December 21st Ask us how you can participate. (Thanksgiving November 26th, 27th, 28th 2025.)
Payment 4: December 1, 2025 (Holiday Break Monday, December 22nd through Sunday, January 4th)
Payment 5: January 1, 2026 (Classes resume Monday, January 5th)
Payment 6: February 1, 2026 (Winter break February 16th through February 22nd)

Payment 8: April 1, 2026 (Spring Break Saturday, April 20th through Sunday, April 25th)
Payment 9: May 1, 2026 (Memorial Day, May 25th)
Payment 10: June 1, 2026 (All Final Balances must be paid in Full)
Summer Intensive (Team Requirement/Optional for performance students)

Tuition Information
Tuition starts at $65 for 45-minute Classes and $70 for 1-hour classes. Tuition is discounted when a student is enrolled in multiple classes. Please email the studio at [email protected] for multiple class tuition discounts.
The Season is from September to June. The season split it into 10 monthly payments for your convenience.
Tuition is due the first of each month. All members must be enrolled in Autopay, if you “opt out” of auto pay, Cash payments only, will be accepted. If tuition is not paid by the first week of the month, there will be a $10 late fee applied to your account. If your payment is more than 10 days late your child will not be allowed to attend class until account is up to date.
Tuition remains the same for 3-, 4-, or 5-week months.
The Studio will be closed for the following Holidays/breaks:
Indigenous People Day/Columbus Day Observed – Monday, October 13, 2025,
Halloween Observed – Friday, October 31st, 2025.
Thanksgiving Break November 26, 27, 28, 2025.
Holiday Break - Monday, December 22nd through Monday, January 5th, 2026
Winter Break – Monday, February 16th through Sunday, February 22nd, 2026
Spring Break – Monday, April 20th through Sunday, April 25th, 2026
Memorial Day - Monday, May 25th 2026.
*General Performance information
Costume fees for the annual performance will be due no later than November 1st, 2025

Dress rehearsal ~ Thursday, June 11th (Arrival time 5:00 PM - Start time 6:00 pm)
Performances Friday, June 12th, 2025, 6:00 PM and Saturday, June 13th, 2026 6:00 PM
*Alternate performance Dates will be June 24, 25, 26, 27 if necessary.

All tuition, costume fees, registration and any other related fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Costumes are not guaranteed if student does not complete the season.
